Hola soy medica y el año pasado tuve un episodio de "burn out" + depresión que repercutió severamente en mi salud mental. Tenía que encontrar un hobbie para salir de tal situación, antes pintaba, bordaba y hacía artesanías pero esas actividades no me llenaban el alma.

En Septiembre del 2010, descubrí la fotografía y un mundo maravilloso detrás que me atrapó de inmediato.

Comencé con fotos de aves y luego conocí a un amigo que me enseñó muchas cosas que hoy puedo aplicar y estoy fascinada...

Igualmente amo la naturaleza y en especial las aves!!!!!!son mi pasión.

Espero aprender mucho más y seguir deleitándome con mis fotos y compartir las de todos los usuarios de Flickr

Hoy puedo decir que mi depresión ya se fue, que mi vida está en un punto de bienestar y felicidad...tengo una familia hermosa y disfruto mucho de mi hobbie.
