I'm a 30+ scouser (someone from Liverpool for anyone non-UK based) now living in SW London.
I'm still very raw (h0h0) at all this photography and I'm crippled by not having a creative bone in my body - I'm still scarred from when, as a teenager, my art teacher took me aside and said words to this effect!
What I have found is that by taking many, many shots it increases the likelihood that one of them turns out well. It is these shots that I upload here.

Mike's photostream is a delight to browse through, and as a flickr contact his warmth and character shine through with every comment he makes. His stylish, light touch with HDR is great to see, and his travel photography is breathtaking. Oh and He's an Everton fan. Nevermind... :-)
So you’ve found Mike’s photostream? Quick, bookmark it, because you’ll want to keep coming back. Mike is talented, funny, witty and unbelievably modest. His photos have a commanding presence – superb colours, detail, and clarity. Check out the Iceland set – that is something else!
Mike's photography is stunning. Mike himself is too modest. His art teacher has no talent in spotting talent. Keep sharing your world through your photography Mike :D

His shots are magic, although he is modest about them, but despite his cries of being "uncreative" his composition motivates me to shoot more and shoot different. I owe alot of my recent improvement to Mike, and you could certainly do alot worse than to take a leaf out of his photographic book! Thanks Mike! :) Nick
