Oscillate / Modulate is a music and visual arts collective creatively produced by Bobby Bird (of live electronic acct Higher Intelligence Agency) and Scylla Magda, visual artist, working with a bunch of talented friends & invited guests. In the 90's w is our home from home).. For a while Oscillate morphed into Modulate, an AV collective exploring abstract sound and audio visual performing worldwide as an audio visual arts collective and releasing a 5.1 DVD for home cinema. We have also started put on annual microcosmic music and camping events outside of Birmingham - theses are (even) more laid back than our Oscillates, and for those who enjoy the outdoors.
