My role with Gerdes Construction sharpened my project management skills — coordinating schedules, trades, and budgets on a wide range of residential renovations.

Today, I’m leading the remodel of a high-end dental office in Connecticut, where I oversee every detail — from finish selections to subcontractor execution — under a New York-based construction firm. It’s the perfect blend of my past: design roots, managerial strength, and hands-on site leadership.

Whether I’m bringing life to a rendering or managing inspections on-site, I approach each project with care, clarity, and craftsmanship — because the vision only matters if it gets built right.

As a Site Superintendent and Project Manager, Walter mastered the intricacies of large-scale construction management.
