The mission of Snow Park at the Fair is to host the premier multi-day event of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival by providing free, family-friendly entertainment activities that appeal to children and adults of all ages. We strive to make the Minnesota State Snow Sculpting Competition one of the best state competitions in the country, with the winners advancing to nationals. By accomplishing this, we showcase the great city of Saint Paul and the State of Minnesota.
