Just started using a DSLR.

I've been taking photos with my point & shoot for a long time - since the early 1990s. I used to have a 35mm film Minolta point & shoot. I mostly used 200 ASA Fuji film or Agfa (rebranded as Polaroid in the USA) & this Minolta took some beautiful pix - the colours were vibrant & the sharpness of the subjects was superb. I was really depressed when this camera broke. I replaced it with a Vivitar 35mm film camera that took very nice photos but not as good as the Minolta. I've been using various Canon point-and-shoots since. Just purchased a DSLR.
