I always make an effort to read the book before the movie because you never know what you might be missing. I play outdoor recreational sports instead of the gym to breathe fresh air with friends. I watch independent and foreign movies because Hollywood is predictable, life should have a few surprises. Pictures speak a thousand words but knowledge learned independently is priceless. Travel I skip the standard tour and go right for the path less traveled, get to know the people, culture and cuisine. Tested last year's luck eating fugu on new years eve in Tokyo. Skip the tourist shops and eat with the locals. I live a life of variety and adaptability. I am the well dressed man in a suit at a black tie charity event ballroom dancing and the rugged outdoorsman hiking the mountains on the weekend. When I travel I only need the basics a clean bed, a hot shower, and change of clothes but always go for the best tasting food around. A delicious meal is best shared with a charming companion. I love a gregarious conversationalist that captures my attention and keeps me eager to hear her voice again. Tell me about yourself. Who are you outside of work, family and friends? What do you feel when you see a piece of art or hear a piece of music? What awakens your senses?
