I'm the Owner and Head Instructor at the Omoplata Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy in Rhode Island.

I'm an active competitor at the grappling circuit, and at the time of this writing have twice been an Absolute Division Medalists at NAGA and a national Brazilian Jiu Jitsu medalist.

My passions involve teaching kid's classes, fitness classes, and training my competition team - in addition to writing, swimming, and entrepreneurship in all forms.
