I found Flickr by accident when surfing geocaching.com and was instantly hooked on all the wonderful photos here. I'd spend hours (and still do) looking at photos and wishing I could take good shots. I joined, but was a lurker for quite awhile. My first camera was collecting dust on my shelf and even though I started taking my camera with me geocaching, I didn't take many pictures.

In June, 2005, I went to my 25th high school reunion. Lots and lots of pictures were taken and my classmates were looking for a way to send the pictures to everyone. I told them to send the CD to me and I would post the pics on Flickr. We sent everyone the link and it worked just perfect.

After that I dusted off the camera and started taking more photos, even got a second camera! Guess the bug bit and now I'm addicted.

With great comments and constructive help from my Flickr friends, I'm determined to continue to learn and enjoy!
