I lived most of my life in the Metro-Detroit Area with a short break for college in Marquette, MI. Art and creativity are not natural talents so I use flickr and photography to help gain experiences nature lacked for me.

I love photography in phases, so I will upload dozens of images one week and probably nothing for a few months. Thankfully I have some talented photography friends that twist my arm a bit to get me back in.

I make my living as a software/web developer and all of my hobbies are related in some way (like digital photography). In addition to the day job where I do all of the development work for CrazyMonkeyGames.com I run a small development studio called alxemy at alxemy.com.

I am a big fan of and believe in sharing digital rights whenever it makes sense (but support 100% an artist’s decision to not share), so all of my photos are available to use as you like, even commercially. The exception is when the content of the photo infringes on someone else's copyright, trademark, etc. in which case I usually remember to remove it from the cc license.
