She is an excellent photographer, always bringing home professional photos from extensive travels with her husband to add to her computer collection of textures, written expressions, and effects. She continually looks beneath the surface of each place, animal, person, or event for hidden layers of meaning. Using her mastery of Photoshop, her unique talent lies in assembling layer upon layer into personal interpretations of her subjects through the medium of digital photo collage. She is a tireless artist, always listening to comments, always reworking each piece until she is satisfied. She knows when she has a winner and she stops, which is a skill more difficult than it seems. Her custom work for friends and clients is not only visually creative, but also emotional, and caring.
