Hi!

The name's Mark. Been into photography on a very casual level for a number of years, but only recently started doing it as a pass time. I suppose deciding to finally take the plunge and buy myself a DSLR was the real kick I needed.

So, clearly one of my hobbies is photography. I love portrait photography, largely being influenced by the work of David Bailey. I love experimenting with new techniques and effects, pushing myself to improve constantly. Aside from snapping away, I like to think I can play bass too. I'm also quite into gaming, though take it far less seriously than when I was a teen.

I love racing. I would honestly love to try it for myself some day! As it happens, the closest I can get is taking photos. I'm adamant that I'm going to see some form of F1, after being deafened, soaked, pushed around and crushed at the Vodafone McLaren demo in Manchester with Jenson Button. The noise and smell of an F1 car in person was just unreal.

Anyway, hope you enjoy my photos! I'm always trying new things, and they don't always come out brilliantly. However, I like to document my progress, even just for my own satisfaction. It's always good to see improvement!
