I am California bred--never lived more than 2 miles away from the ocean until I was 24. I went to a small Christian liberal arts school. I have lived in CA, KY, IL, MI, OR, SD and VA. I am a writer, a friend, a listener, a climber, a wanderer, a traveler. I've been a lot of different things in different places with different people. This is at least part of who I am.
