Based in metropolitan Essex I'm a "casual enthusiast" with a strong leaning towards British fuana / flora. Started out with a Fuji Finepix S5600 in April 2007. Had lots of fun with it and learnt loads. Upgraded to Canon 400D in 2010. 2014 saw a further upgrade to a Canon 60D with HD movie capability so I've also branched out into some wildlife & nature short-filmmaking.
