Memory is our domestic form of time travel. To me photography is my way to travel back in time. Back to the moments I remember as happy and precious times, that I want to cherish and 'preserve' forever.

Sometimes I think I do photography because I am scared to be deprived of crucial moments of my life again. Like those moments that I can barely remember or, moments I don't want to remember any more, hidden like unwanted thoughts somewhere in my subconscious. Images hide in the depths of subconsciousness which are impossible to articulate but possible to see.

There within these photographs and memories is a message for every one of us; There are no ordinary mornings, there is a life that needs to be explored to become the life.
