I love to build and sew clothing & accessories from scratch! I especially enjoy the challenge of using discarded clothing and vintage fabric to construct new and original wearable things. I'm completely obsessed with 1960s and 1970s pop culture - music, movies and fashion - and I collect vintage sewing patterns! After watching Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds recently, I find myself wanting to try my hand at sewing from 1940s sewing patterns (something I've never done before).
