It takes a lot of imagination to be a good photographer. You need less imagination to be a painter because you can invent things. But in photography... everything is so ordinary; it takes a lot of looking before you learn to see the ordinary.

Irene is so right when she says To me, photography is an art of observation. It's about finding something interesting in an ordinary place. Irene really has a wonderful photostream. Each of her shots is so unique and well-done - they always capture something different about the objects she's photographing. I especially enjoy her close-ups...she does an awesome job of those. AND everything else, too, of course. :)
