My screen name used to be bartul's mama, but I am no longer just Bartul's mum so....

I am full-time employed mother, who recently discovered her passion for hand-made things... Since I am total beginner, this is a whole new wold for me and I am more than impressed by people and their art which I am discovering everyday...

In the mean time, I got hooked on quilting and developed severe fabric addiction.

I particularly like cotton and linen - dots, stripes, plaid, fruits, florals, solids, cute japanese fabric, modern fabric ...

I love pastels, soft tones, all shades of gray, all shades of blue, white... details in red

But, there are fabric I like less - like kids characters (Disney etc.), baby themed, religious themed, tropical-themed , country themed, tye-die fabric, batik, tribal etc... And of course polyester fabric of any kind

I am also not so fond of some colors like pink, orange, yellow, neons, dark green, black...I also love red in detail only

I love art of any kind (I studied History of art in Salzburg), I'm huge fan of Caligraphy and personal handwritten letters (I write quite a lot). I love books, crafting and interior design magazines, good music, great food, traveling, gardening and making friends... Thanks for reading this
