My name is Michael Fainshtein, founder and former CEO of MIRCOD, a technology company specializing in miniaturized medical devices and intelligent biosensor platforms. Over the past 15 years, we’ve focused on designing and developing comprehensive Cell and Gene Therapy (C&GT) equipment and wearable medical technologies, several of which have achieved FDA clearance and are currently in use across clinical, biotech, and research settings.

At MIRCOD, we combined innovation with regulatory rigor—developing everything from wireless ECG and temperature sensors to fully integrated biosignal telemetry systems for pharma trials and life sciences applications. I personally hold multiple international patents in Biotech, MedTech, and FinTech, and have supported companies and individual innovators in securing global patents and non-dilutive grant funding to accelerate breakthrough technologies to market.
