I knew of Mav when he was actively doing photography in SL. Then, when he essentially left SL, we became friends, chatting mostly about photography. It was at that time that he began to seriously work on his interest in RL photography. Since then, I have seen him blossom into a wonderful photographer. What’s awesome about Mav is that he is very open to ideas and works with his clients as if they are two members of a team. I truly know that this journey he is on will take him places that even he has never imagined because as anyone can see, his talent speaks for itself in the art that he displays. I am grateful to have Mav as a true friend and in many ways a mentor as well, as he has also helped me with both my SL and my RL photography. I very much look forward to the beauty that will come forth from his mind and through his lens in the future.

I have the pleasure of working with Mirage as both a fellow journalist and as one of his models. I say 'working'.......in reality, it is more like fun and his wicked sense of humor is an added bonus....he has a razor sharp wit which makes photo shoots such a relaxed experience. I count him as one of my key creative conspirators within 'Second Life' and developing and executing photo concepts with him is always a mutual experience-he positively encourages his models to share ideas, to be fully involved and to take credit for their input. His ability to see the unseen, to seek out delicious sims for location shoots and his fantastic research skills sets him apart from many of the photographers I work with both in SL and RL. Thank you Mirage for creating such beautiful art work, for celebrating feminine sensuality and for being such a good guy. You are a gentleman, one of my best friends and a source of inspiration when I get jaded.
