Mimue. His passion is ingrained in his work and street portraitures are as EPIC as his urban explorations. Dark atmosphere and mystery are woven into his cinematic style and conjure up images that many will see but most will never dare to experience themselves. He is a great friend from across the pond and one that I've admired from day one.

mimue is without doubt one of the masters of Urbex photography. His passion for the subject and meticulous attention to detail shines through in every image. His work is always beautifully composed and atmospheric. His street photography is also some of the best I've seen and he's produced some truly stunning images. I can also say, hand on heart, that he is one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to meet and I'm honoured to have explored with him and call him a friend. :-)

We had the great fortune of contacting mimue through flickr over a year ago, we met up the week later, hit it off straight away and have now become good friends. What can we say about mimue, well he is a multi talented photographer with an outstanding stream of work from portraits to urbex, has a great passion for whatever he's shooting and we can only thank him for his help and advice which has proved invaluable over the last year. Can also say that every time we're out it's always a laugh a minute. A top all round bloke and a pleasure to call a good friend, one of the genuine nice guys even if he did drag me in to the dodgiest bar in Brighton ;)
