I am an amateur in biology and photography, and I really enjoy watching and capturing in photography the living things in nature around me. I'm a species hunter :)

Since 2010, I have been registering my nature observations on the Latvian nature portal Dabasdati.lv, where natural scientists help to identify the species photographed. Every summer I take also part in butterfly watching campaigns.

Currently I am retired and can devote more time to my hobbies, as well as finally organize my photo archive and pamper myself with pleasant memories, because the old photos are treasures from my life in which joy and happiness are preserved!
