I whispered, 'I am too young,'
And then, 'I am old enough';
Wherefore I threw a penny
To find out if I might love.
'Go and love, go and love, young man,
If the lady be young and fair.'
Ah, penny, brown penny, brown penny,
I am looped in the loops of her hair.
O love is the crooked thing,
There is nobody wise enough
To find out all that is in it,
For he would be thinking of love
Till the stars had run away
And the shadows eaten the moon.
Ah, penny, brown penny, brown penny,
One cannot begin it too soon.

The new day arrived with the sun. Go figure. What a great thing this kept promise is. Time to take advantage of such a thing.
Borrowed time should mean that it is done with interest.
I am a Canon shooter

"If I Ever Leave This World Alive"
If I ever leave this world alive
I'll thank for all the things you did in my life
If I ever leave this world alive
I'll come back down and sit beside your
feet tonight
Wherever I am you'll always be
More than just a memory
If I ever leave this world alive
If I ever leave this world alive
I'll take on all the sadness
That I left behind
If I ever leave this world alive
The madness that you feel will soon subside
So in a word don't shed a tear
I'll be here when it all gets weird
If I ever leave this world alive
So when in doubt just call my name
Just before you go insane
If I ever leave this world
Hey I may never leave this world
But if I ever leave this world alive
She says I'm okay; I'm alright,
Though you have gone from my life
You said that it would,
Now everything should be all right
She says I'm okay; I'm alright,
Though you have gone from my life
You said that it would,
Now everything should be all right
Yeah should be alright

Super guy who is always ready to help out. He's also a VERY creative photographer who is willing to help those of us see what he seems to see naturally in composing a photo.
john is one of my most favorite people on the planet. he's not afraid to show real, raw emotion and if you are one of those blessed to be let into his world, you will find yourself in a solid, beautiful friendship. his work reflects his passion and his heart, and i love him.

a brilliant and beautiful man... a truly creative talent...an unfolding soul upon my path... john is: And a man said, "Speak to us of Self-Knowledge." And he answered, saying: Your hearts know in silence the secrets of the days and the nights. But your ears thirst for the sound of your heart's knowledge. You would know in words that which you have always know in thought. You would touch with your fingers the naked body of your dreams. And it is well you should. The hidden well-spring of your soul must needs rise and run murmuring to the sea; And the treasure of your infinite depths would be revealed to your eyes. But let there be no scales to weigh your unknown treasure; And seek not the depths of your knowledge with staff or sounding line. For self is a sea boundless and measureless. Say not, "I have found the truth," but rather, "I have found a truth." Say not, "I have found the path of the soul." Say rather, "I have met the soul walking upon my path." For the soul walks upon all paths. The soul walks not upon a line, neither does it grow like a reed. The soul unfolds itself, like a lotus of countless petals. (khalil gibran... from "the prophet")

I can't believe I'm the first; but I don't believe I'll be the last... to pen words of praise of Milwaukee John's photography. There is so much depth in all of his photos. They are evocative, thoughtful, inpsiring, poetic, beautiful. It's as though he respectfully asks his subject, _"may I reveal your soul?"_ and the whispered answer is always _yes_. And I have met very few people who should be trusted with such a task. John is one of those people. His photos will stir your heart.
