Mike Maxwell has a superb understanding of line and form. His paintings and drawings reflect a time when people took the time to create things from not only their head but with their heart. Just by looking at the detail of his creations you can appreciate the forethought and effort that he puts into his pieces. He's prolific as heck, and inspiring everytime I see his work. Aside from his art, he's a nice guy.
