I've been taking photos most of my life (my first camera was a Kodak Brownie 44A - It ended up at the bottom of the River Rhône - it's a long story!)
My first SLR was a Practica Nove 1B, (which my Dad passed on to me when he realised that he hardly ever used it) and I moved on through a series of other film SLRs before switching to digital. (I still have several of them)
The first digital camera I owned was an Olympus 750 UltraZoom (still got it). I liked it but missed the SLR experience. so...
... I got a Canon 400D (which I used until the beginning of 2011) with the following lenses:
Canon EF-S 18-55mm f3.5/5.6 IS
Canon EF-S 55-250 f4-5.6 IS
Canon EF 50mm f1.8
Tamron SP AF 90mm f2.8 DI Macro lens
I then moved up to a Canon 550D - same lenses ... plus...
Sigma 17-70mm f2.8-4
SIgma 17-70mm f2.8-4 DC (from spring 2015)
Canon EF-85mm f1.8
and recently EFS 10-18mm f4.5-5.6 IS STM
December 2018: I upgraded again to a Canon 77D ...
In Winter 2009 I did the Open University Digital Imaging course, T189.
