In the winter I tend to snowboard incessantly. Other times of the year, I like to travel... and take pictures of bugs.

If I could only say one thing about Mike, it would be that he is one of the most interesting, helpful, and knowledgeable people on flickr. Not only does he know so much about cameras, but I assume he also knows just about everything there is to know about Macs and the iPhone. He always gives helpful advice, and on occasion recounts his many travels - which I am quite jealous of. Even though Mike insists that his Nikons are better than Canons, he's still a really cool guy!

Mike loves Fisheye, Apple, Nikon, HDR and travelling. That is Mike in a sentence.
Mike is helpful, very helpful. Mike is an excellent photographer. Mike is a man who travels... A LOT. Mike is also known as MikeEx, the best one man shipping company in the world. Mike is very careful/creative when he needs to pack something to ship through MikeEx... Mike is a Nikonian, to whatever extent it matt… Read more

Mike is very careful/creative when he needs to pack something to ship through MikeEx... Mike is a Nikonian, to whatever extent it matters. :-) Mike is a Apple lover. Yay! Mike is super amazing at making stacks. Mike is pretty sweet.

He's been a big help to me in learning about my camera and even in buying it, and he's never too busy to help. Also, I love the pond thing that he always takes pictures of, and his backyard in vermont. All in all, he's great.

Mike is the only flickr friend I have met so far. He is short, about half my size but has the same size feet as I do. Has roughly the same cheeky grin as I do and owns a green jacket. Mike is my HDR teacher and I have learned a lot from watching his photos and talking with him using IM. He was also very helpful with my switch from the Nikon D5700 to a DSLR (D70) I bought from his colleague/friend. and It's not just me he helps. And that is probably why his aka. is MikEx. If you go through Mikes photostream you'll see a lot of things, but here are some of the things I think he likes the most. The pond outside a mall in Boston. Flowers BUGS!!!! Stacks HDRs How cold/hot it is outside. How much snow that has arrived. His trips to other flickr friends. Mike is not limited to only these things and I always like to browse through his photostream. Check it out. I think you would like it!

Mike is full of great advise, he's happy to help anyone out, whether they be in the street, up a mountain or in his back garden stealing his tulips!
Mike has a cool life. Going back and forth between a city and absolutely nothing-ness. Snow. Plentiful amounts of storage. A cool computer (which I will get one of my own).
Mike is Nikon's greatest fan. His photos rock, his HDR skills are awesome, and as a bonus, he's a Mac fn too! W00t, as we all like to say in unison.
How to sum Mike up in one sentence..."Mike wouldn't stop taking photo's if we all paid him to". Mike's awesome! Just like his photos :-D His fisheye lens rocks too!
Not only is Mike one of the best photographers you will meet, with an apparent keen interest in flowers and bugs; he also has an unimaginable amount of very cool Nikon equipment. Clearly a case of Nikon Asquistion Syndrome. Alongside this, Mike is quite possibly one of the friendliest and easy to get along with people … Read more
