I have no problem with you using my photos for personal use or to blog about something so long as credit is provided. You must provide a link to the photo on flickr.

IF I FIND YOU SELLING MY PHOTOS OR USING THEM TO ATTRACT BUSINESS OR OTHERWISE USING MY PHOTO IN A MANNER THAT WOULD NOT FALL UNDER THE DEFINITION OF "FAIR USE" I will hire a lawyer. Do not test this. You have been warned and I will not hold back.
