Enthusiastic amateur (or maybe semi-pro now I have sold some work) with a Fuji FinePix S5Pro DSLR. Grounded in 35mm (Pentax MX) and dabbled in CIbachrome printing. A very kind friend donated 2 studio flashes and an Epson 2100 printer (monitor and printer calibrated with Datacolor Spyder3) so do a bit of portrait work when I can find a willing victim. Enjoy landscape work but not very good at it. Found out about HDR in July 09 and am now hooked. Maybe it's a passing phase but it certainly jazzes up the landscape and architecture pics. Latest acquisition is a Canon Powershot G12 for those times I don't want to lug an SLR with me.

In 2012 purchased a Nikon D800 and have moved on from spending shedloads of time doing post production. Trying to capture images that need little adjustment, that stand on their own. Concentrating more on getting the light right, both natural and artificial. Consequently, other than family images, little gets posted these days to Flickr. Maybe, when I retire, I will spend a bit more time here.
