I am a doctoral student at a comprehensive university in the South, which might very well be something of an oxymoron. At any rate, I'm interested in issues related to ethical leadership in higher education, especially with regard to minority status students.

UPDATE: I finished that doctoral program. I am Dr. Michael now.

Wow. That was boring. I'm actually a much more interesting person once you get to know me. I'm an avid gardener and reader. I enjoy day trips to Asheville, NC (I live in Tennessee), and I love my iMac and Powerbook.

Photography is something I do for fun. I used to carry around an actual camera, but now I rely upon my camera phone. I know...that's lazy; however, I've found that my new camera phone (iPhone 8) takes excellent photos.

I am over 18 years of age!
