I'm Mike. I started taking photographs in the early 1970s as a hobby and later in my work. I joined FLICKR in 2007 and it is a fantastic resource for people to look at pictures and how to improve your own techniques through learning from others. The mapping and sharing of images is another positive about Flickr and I also think it helps develop your visual communication and presentation skills.
