Mmmhhh... What can I say...
I'd say that I've always loved photography, but didn't have much use of that passion until the birth of my daughter, the invention of digital camera, and few years later, coming across the Flickr World.
Seeing life in a different way, my passion for taking pictures only grew much more with every years passing by. I went from being a metal head, walking 5 miles/hour in and out of work with headphones blasting at volume 11, staring at the floor to a still metal head, walking 0.5 mile/hour in and out of everywhere with (sometime) headphone blasting volume at a little less than 10, head up hight looking at anything that can trigger my imagination.
**UPDATE**
Yeah, this stuff I've been saying right before this update goes back to at least 10 years ago. A whole lot has happened since then and I thought that a fresh update would be in store right now. It goes like this:
• I'm still a metal head, but I've broaden my musical horizon to many other genre,
• I still put my headphone on, but mostly when I'm mowing the lawn. And yes, blasting them at 11,
• Moved from the Montreal area to the Eastern Townships. So having a driver's license (and of course a car) became a must,
• Became self-employed... In photography of course,
• I took some classes in photography oriented toward business,
• I crafted some skills with studio lightings, post-processing and extended use of my cameras (way outside the snapshot comfort zone),
• Equipped myself with many studio props to fulfill my contracts, may it be lightings, backdrops and such,
• Most of my contract so far has been in portrait (casual, boudoir, corporate, creative, family, groups, school), real estate, events, industrial and giving personal adapted 1 on 1 class in photography and post-processing (mostly Photoshop).
See you guys and girls in FlickrLand.... :-)

Testimonials
J'ai eu la chance de côtoyer Michel à certains moments, il a un don, celui de montrer les gens à leur meilleur, ses outils, la caméra et l'ordinateur. Merci Mike et au plaisir de se revoir !
You have a great photostream! Looking forward to viewing more of your work! Bravo!
Rather than comment on every cool pic, thought I'd post something in general here. Mike's pics are all "jaw dropping" awesome, and very inspiring!
