I've always liked photography and had an interest toward it, but only recently started taking it more seriously. I started off with a bridge camera in 2008 (an Olympus SP-570) to play around with something a bit more than an ordinary point and shoot and challenge myself to see what I could do with it - and it really did teach me a lot. But before long I started running into the limits of what it can do. And in the beginning of 2009 I got my first DSLR, an E-520, and have since both taught myself and taken a self-study course to develop my skills further.

And the more I learn, the more I realise I have yet to learn.

I've been a contact of mikainkinen's for quite a while and the shots he's shared have been awesome! I can see the refinement over Time in his style and am always pleasantly surprised whenever he uploads a new Photo. Keep up the excellent work and I can't wait to see what's next!
