Recently I posted some old Army photos of myself on Flickr. It was unfortunate, but inevitable, that during the almost 50 year aging process damage would occur. After reluctantly posting old/damaged photos like these I assumed that was it. Not that I was proud of their weathered look, but rather "it was done" Quite the lazy man's approach I suspect. That is until mickyd2007, unknown to me, went to the considerable time and effort to restore all of these old photos. I'm indebted to him.
