I'm a Christian, I'm a man and I'm an author.

I value those qualities in that order.

As a Christian I belong to God alone, and all my talents and blessings are because of him. As a man, I am fallible and pray to learn from my mistakes. As an author I strive to be heard. I wonder how much meaning my words carry onto my readers, and my every effort is to create images and characters that become real to my audience.

I've recently found a passion for photography, which allows me to view the world through the frame of my camera. I've taken thousands of photos while deployed to Iraq in 2008, and I've been improving my craft ever since. I've done wedding photography, family photos and artistic shots.
