I am very lucky to be mintaka2's sister. We share love for photography, but Michel excels in the technology. With the eye of a painter, an artist and his understanding of cameras, his photographic captures show how well he understands composition, light and what makes a good picture. I agree that his interests are quite varied, providing uniqueness and interest. This does make it quite fun to visit his site and discover. Michel visits me often to comment on my nature and art postings. It's a good feeling seeing how he takes much time to follow my work. I look forward to continue being wowed by his photography. :-)

His photography comes from the heart, his ideas are honest and are always brilliantly executed without being obtuse or overly simplified. His diverse range of subject matter and interests keep me coming back to see more of his creations. His photos show ingenuity, balance and a great sense of composition. Each one is unique in its own way and each is truly amazing! My day is always better after Michel has left one of his thoughtful comments, sometimes with wonderful graphics.
