My name is Michael, and I'm 19.

I've been interested in photography for a long time, but I've only just started to put that interest to work. I got a Canon Rebel XS for Christmas this year. Up to that point I was stuck with a Kodak point and shoot... needless to say, I'm loving the Canon.

At the moment I'm still in my experimental stage of photography, although I guess photography is always experimental. I'm trying to figure out what works and what doesn't. I am not technical about it by any means, I'm slowly learning more though.

If my photography is a bit on the low side at the moment, I apologize. Like I said, I've only just taken this up and I've taken NO classes on photography what so ever... that being said, creative insight and suggestions are very welcome!
