The Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design is a 4-year college granting Bachelor of Fine Arts Degrees in the following Design areas: Communication Design, Industrial Design, Interior Architecture and Design, illustration and Time-Based Media- Animation. MIAD also offers a BFA in Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture, Painting, Drawing, Time-Based Media Film and Integrated Studio Arts.

Approximately 90 students are enrolled in the Communication Design program, specializing in Typography, Packaging Design, Advertising Design, Information Graphics, Publication Design and Web-based design. Visit us at www.miad.edu

MIAD is located in Milwaukee, WI, just a short walk from Lake Michigan and the Summerfest grounds, Milwaukee Art Museum and the Downtown area. MIAD Communication Design students are also encouraged to obtain a Minor in other programs within the college or an Advertising or Business minor from our partner school, Marquette University, just a short drive from MIAD.
