Umm... hi? Yeah I'm Mharee, I'm thirteen years old but I'll be fourteen soon. I joined Flickr because my dad is always like 'Come on! Join! It will be fun! I joined! Bonding time! HA! *nudge nudge*' so I joined. For the second time actually, I lost my first account :S So yeah. I started getting into photography a little while ago, I blame this one on my dad too. He loves photographs and he's actually pretty good at it. Having him sit around in an office all day is kind of a waste. I like his photos. He wants to get a scanner in September and then he should put some of his film on. His digital are nice but you really need to see his film to appreciate it. Oh yeah, his camera fell in the water so.. don't know if Nikon's dealing with that or not.

But about me---- I love taking photographs, it's what I do. For Christmas, Father-dearest finished with a bang and I got a Nikon F75D, and I love it to pieces. Really. If it wasn't so hard I would squish it to death *pokes camera* . I'm awfully strict about who uses it and what not. I'd actually rather if people didn't touch my camera. It makes me nervous...

I love Black and White pictures and I really love film. I took my camera with me to Quebec City and got some really nice photos of my friends:) I was happy.

Right now I'm really into Fashion Photography. Not the crap that you find in magazines that says 'HEY! BUY ME!' but Fine Art fashion photography. I really love images that have a nice fantastical feel to them, they make me happy:) One person I have really gotten into is a guy name Yanick Dery, don't know if you've heard of him or not. When I grow up, I would really like to be a war photojournalist. Please don't ask me what attracts me to that job, I just want it real bad.
