Michael Gillman grew up in Goldens Bridge, New York, a small town near New York City. From a very young age, he began learning about the beauty of the natural world, and has been exploring it ever since through all means possible. Mike absolutely loves traveling, exploring, and getting lost in strange environments. Photography helps him remember and retell stories from his various journeys. There's so much out there to see and do in the world: where to begin?

A graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY, Michael is currently based in Brooklyn, NY.

He is currently available for commissioned photography work.
