XA to OM-D EM-1

Here you will find a mix of genres. Primarily interested in urban landscape. I also take enjoyment from collecting and using cameras, especially the liberating feeling of a simple 35mm film compact shooting street. I'm now committed to the m4/3rds system exclusively using Olympus bodies, mostly Olympus lenses, though I have a little favourite in the 50mm (equiv) manual mitagon speedmaster f0.95 which renders lovely contrast. Also have Ricoh GRII Sigma DP1M DP2M which are APSC.

At the end of 2016 I was awarded photographer of the year at my local camera club. This doesn't make you a great photog, fellow club members are far better camera pointers than myself, I just applied myself and got lucky that year. But I've used the win as a confidence boost, to move away from the cliche shots for the judges and to shoot what I'm interested in.

I'm slowly moving away from being tied to the PC at the end of a day's shooting by processing images using Snapseed app on my tablet.
