Hello and warm welcomes to all of you who are reading this. Metaverse Pageantry is alive YAY !!! After months of careful structuring we are proud to announce that Metaverse Pageantry was officially launched on 1-20-13 in Second Life. We are thrilled to have gained the approval to and rights to host the pageants that will find their home in the Metaverse Pageantry family. Among those pageants will be — the Mr Metaverse Pageant, The Miss Metaverse Pageant, The Mr and Miss Newcomer Pageant, The Mr Second World Pageant, The Miss Second World Pageant, The Official Mr Avatar World USA Pageant, The Official Miss Avatar World USA Pageant, and also the Royal and Imperial Court Pageant Systems of Second Life.

A few people have asked — “Why another pageant system in Second Life”? Metaverse Pageantry was created out of a sheer desire to allow a professional, fair and ethical pageant competition to exist in Second Life. We are not “against” any specific pageant or pageant system that has preceded us however, we found the need to create this system based on hundreds of requests to us over the last 2 years. Many have made claims to us of pageants in Second Life having been unethical, rigged, and not run effectively. After much consideration and months of planning we are pleased to bring you a NEW pageant that promises to be run openly, fairly, professionally, and with sound ethics.

We are new and growing and we are certain that we will be the most talked about pageant system this year… and YOU are of the elite few who can now say “I was there from the beginning”. From my heart, thank you for your love and support. Over the next few weeks I will begin posting information(s) concerning all specific pageants that the Metaverse Pageantry family will be a home to. The exciting news for you is that our open applications process to seek out the ‘Emeritus’ Mr and Miss Metaverse 2013 will begin very soon. Emeritus title holders are AWARDED/GRANTED their titles for this first year as we prepare for the actual pageant competitions that will take place in November and December of this year to crown our new title holders. Think being an Emeritus is easy? While it is a BIG title, it will also carries responsibilities in creating public awareness for the upcoming competitions AND being the official representatives for the title(s). You will crown all the national title holders during their coronations AND so much more — but all of this is to be announced. Stay tuned… it only gets better from here.
