I’m currently a licensed commercial pilot and certified flight instructor with instrument and multi-engine ratings, as well as a recent graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. I flew through their Part 141 program and also privately. I write for myself and for an aviation website.

If it were not for the many people who helped me get my start in aviation I would not be where I am today. My goal here is to help those who are interested in aviation get their start and help them with the many questions and uncertainties that haunt new pilots. My misadventures are your gain.
