Check my "SCANNED FROM PUBLICATIONS SET"

"The Citidal Quay"

was scanned from the front page of the Northern Counties Magazine issue No. 3 March 1969. I used an MPP Technical 5"x4". from the railway viaduct.

Other shots in this set are scanned from a Town Guide which I helped to illustrate. Must be pre 1968 because part of Queen Mary's House which was demolished then is included in one of the shots. Although my negs. from 1985 to 95 are with Highland Council most others, going back over fifty years are in the Longman landfill. I retired in 95 and did'nt touch a camera until June this year (09). I had'nt a clue about digital and still have'nt! Ofcourse digital is much easier to 'drive' no D&P or X's and M's. I can now shoot what I want to and not have to always please others.
