Menno Fokma (1983) is a motion director and designer from Utrecht, The Netherlands. With already some years experience he's comfortable operating in the fields of Art direction and 2d & 3d motion design. He's always hungry to develop new styles and ways to create visually stunning (motion) graphics. Music and audio design are taking a big role in that achievement. Conceptually he sometimes works from a clear thought, sometimes more abstract. But always aiming for a balanced completeness. His love for cinema, graphic design, surrealism & music are easily reflected in his work.

Since 2011 Menno's located in a motion design studio together with 5 talented motion designers. Together they share the love for their craft and try to push each other's creative boundaries. They operate as team and individually as well.

In the future Menno wants to develop his direction skills and experiment with live action with integrated CG. The dream to create a short movie together with his studiomembers keeps on growing and hopefully becomes reality someday.

His work is featured on Stash, The Holland Animation Festival, Ffffound, Behance, Ventilate, Motionographer, Flylyf, Fubiz & Computerlove.
