Hi! My name is Melissa, and I'm an artist and sustainable fashion designer from Chicago. I like old dogs, live music, fashion, vintage goodies, travel and coconut water.

I spend most of my time working at: Mountains of the Moon (eco-friendly contemporary women's wear) and Bubby and Bean Art (illustrations, mixed media art, and gifts). I also blog daily on living a creative lifestyle here.

I am constantly inspired by everyday life and feel very fortunate to be able to do what I love! My work has been shown at Chicago’s Museum of Contemporary Art, in Chicago and Portland Fashion Weeks, in local galleries and boutiques worldwide, and in publications including Women’s Wear Daily, Boho Magazine, Business Week, Discovery Channel's TreeHugger.com and others.
