Wow! Flickr is such a cool site. I'm enjoying the vast range of styles that I've seen. This is such a great place to find inspiration and pass out/receive encouragement.

(March 2009 UPDATE: I just got my first DSLR...the Nikon D300! I'm using Nikkor lenses: 70-300 f/4.5-5.6 AF VR lens, 12-24mm f/4 and 50mm f/1.8. I'm loving the major upgrade! I was using a Sony Cybershot DSC-T300 before...)

12/7/09 I just placed an order for the sb900 flash! I am looking forward to expanding my skills with this new tool.

I have always enjoyed photography, but flickr has helped to open my eyes to new styles. I am really enjoying my exploration of the world of photography. Each day is full of beautiful and inspiring things...I can't wait to capture some of them!

I'd like to thank all my flickr friends for giving me advice and encouragement. Everyday I'm learning something new!

Thank you, also, to my wonderful, loving husband. He has pushed me to be a better person and a better photographer. I'm blessed to get to spend everyday with my best friend.
