A photographer....A vision

30-year old French photographer, Melanie, has decided to make a living from her passion. She moved her career from education into photography. During the last few years, she has developed an international background and a way of life that greatly influences her perception. Understanding value of her vision she is on process to do a BA of Photography at Open College of The Art in UK (on distance learning ).

Willing a change of life she carried on with her career in India where she used her camera skills to capture the essence of this fascinating country. She was and still is an active member of renowned photographer Munish Khanna’s Academy, in Delhi.

Now she is based in Suzhou, China, (2 years) where her social and artistic approach allows her to highlight the day-to-day life of China with different perspectives. Melanie is working as editorial, photojournaliste documentary photographer. Her work has been publish in European press as Sunday Times. She is as well compelling a photography stock about Asia. Her work is a reflexion of life experience and travel but she strongly influenced by mutation of social and economic in China. Speaking Chinese human has an important place on her photography.

She has been one of candidate of Zoom 2011 of Salon de la Photo, Paris France. (Contest promoting emerging photographer). Selected by Chief Editor of Declic Photo, her work has been promoting to third place.

Graphic and artistic part of her pictures has leaded her to exhibit with success her work in France and India.
