It finally occurred to me today that I had never taken the time to write anything in my profile! Well, better late than never....

I am 38, mom to an amazing 8 yr old (going on 45) boy and a crazy nutty 3 yr old girl, a horse, 2 longhorn cows, 2 dogs and wife to a wonderful guy. I was a fine arts major in college but left that path for a career in the healthcare field (radiation therapy for cancer patients) and while I loved what I did, the creative side certainly missed the outlet. After my son was born I began taking pictures again with film cameras and later went through 2 kodak easyshares.... forward to my daughter's birth and with her came my Rebel Xti. Skip to today and the Canon 5d (LOVE IT) and lenses, etc and I just can't stop!!

Truly an addiction, I love taking and editing pictures and am hoping to soon make a business out of the passion. I am loving the exposure that flickr gives me to other photographers around the world. I have learned so much, been so inspired and met the coolest people since beginning flickr!
