MEFIT opened its doors in Gymea August 2007 sighting a need for a private studio which allows trainers to provide a true 1 on 1 personal service. An environment not normally found in large commercial gyms or studio’s.

MEFIT is headed by Mike Evans (Personal Trainer, C.H.E.K Exercise Coach, Level 1 & 2 Snowboard Coach) who is renowned and respected for his experience and knowledge in the health and fitness industry. Mike’s desire and passion is to motivate, educate and support his clients every step of the way.

MEFIT trainers are recognised as specialists…meaning not just straight out of fitness school.
