My name is Paul, im 30 years old & live in Newcastle upon Tyne - England.

Im a keen outdoorsman, i go stir crazy if i can't get out into the wild at least once a week. I mostly walk when out & about, anything from 3 to 30 miles, but i also do a lot of camping, wild camping & Bothying. Walking in the wild came to me before photography & i guess taking photos while out just helps me to appreciate every inch of this land i call my home.

I rarely walk in Newcastle because there are too many people & insufficient green spaces to enjoy, so i generally head into Northumberland / Kielder / The Borders etc.

I see each sunrise as a blessing & love being out to welcome & honor it - He is one of my Gods.

Each full moon marks a peak of spiritual renewal, to walk in Her light is like no other experience i know of - She is one of my Goddess.

I have found myself, over the past two or three years, becoming more & more interested in bushcraft, wild foods, self sufficiency etc. What little knowledge i have picked up has only fed my interest & curiosity . . .

. . . one day i will own & live in my own Bastle/Homestead, depending only on myself & Gaia.

Most of my time is spent alone, but rarely lonely, I find most people only have time for themselves - that may seem cynical in it's self but im more than happy to spend time with & meet knew people - there are a lot of genuinely good folk out there & meeting such people lifts the spirit & enlightens the soul.

If you like the look of any of my shots & would like to know anything about the location or content then please do not hesitate to contact me, im more than happy to be of assistance & would also be happy to guide you to where the shot was taken - i could even take you there myself if you wish it so.

Well thats a little about me, maybe we will come to learn more of each other.
